The Next Coast traces its roots to Metis Management Solutions, a boutique consulting practice focused on research in real estate and systems design. Clients ranged from large private-equity firms (e.g., Bain Capital) to independently operated manufacturing companies. The analytical methods developed there now underpin The Next Coast’s current research programs and strategic work.
